AI Visibility
See how often AI models mention your brand across the prompts you track—and which sources they cite.
Overview
Buyers increasingly discover brands in AI answers, not only in Google. AI Visibility (under Insights in the sidebar) monitors ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity for the questions that matter to your business.
Track prompts, compare share of voice with competitors, inspect model answers, and use cited sources plus fan-out queries to decide what content to create next.
Getting Started
1. Set up your brand
On first visit, confirm your brand domain, add competitors, review suggested prompts, choose which models to run, and kick off your first visibility check.
2. Track prompts
Prompts are the questions you care about AI answering—for example recommendations, comparisons, or “best of” queries in your niche. Manage prompts and tags under Prompts, and choose engines on the Models tab. Prompt limits depend on your plan (and can be expanded with add-ons).
3. Run checks
Casper refreshes on a schedule (typically weekly). You can also Run now when you need a fresh snapshot; runs may be subject to a cooldown.
What's Inside
Overview
A hero view of visibility over time, a competitors table, cited domains, and a prompts snapshot. Filter by tags to focus on a product line or campaign.
Prompts
Add, edit, and tag the questions you track. Open a prompt for per-engine answers, mention position, citations, fan-out queries, history, and shortcuts to create articles from insights.
Sources
See which domains and URLs models cite when answering your prompts. Filter by prompt to understand which pages earn recommendations—and which gaps to fill.
Competitors
Track how often competitors appear alongside (or instead of) your brand. Manage the competitor list as your market changes.
Best Practices
Track the questions buyers actually ask
Prefer real recommendation and comparison prompts over brand vanity queries alone. Those are where AI answers influence consideration.
Turn citations and fan-outs into content
When models cite other sites—or fan out into related searches—add the strongest ideas to Topics and schedule them via Auto Blog. Fan-outs are also available under Research.
Tag prompts by theme
Tags make Overview filters useful when you track many prompts across products or audiences.
