ChatGPT
Connect ChatGPT to Casper with a remote MCP / custom connector. Same server URL and OAuth flow as Claude.
Requirements
- A paid Casper plan (Starter, Pro, or Advanced)
- A ChatGPT plan that supports Connectors / remote MCP servers
- Admin access to the Casper organization you want to connect
Connector availability varies by OpenAI plan. If you don't see remote MCP options yet, use Claude with the same URL.
Setup
- In ChatGPT, open Settings → Connectors (wording may vary: Apps & connectors).
- Add a custom / remote MCP connector and paste:
https://mcp.caspercontent.com - Sign in to Casper, choose your organization, and allow access.
- Start a chat and ask for Search Console opportunities or a Casper draft to confirm tools load.
Example prompts
Write a draft: “Write a Casper article about [keyword].”
Search Console: “What Search Console opportunities should I act on? Then write an article for the top one.”
AI Visibility: “Where am I missing in AI answers? Add prompts to track the biggest gaps after I confirm.”
Keywords: “Search keywords related to [keyword]. Show ones not in my bank. Don’t add until I confirm.”
Calendar: “What’s on my content calendar for the next two weeks?”
Drafts ready: “Any drafts ready for review? Summarize titles and link me in.”
Publish: “List my CMS connections, then publish [article] to [CMS] after I confirm.”
Revoke access
Revoke in Casper under Settings → MCP, and remove the connector from ChatGPT settings.
